I submit this picture [link] 2008-07-31 1:47:12 pm, but last Sep 19, 2008, 1:29:44 PM this deviation was reported for Prohibited Content.
[link] says I violate the next rule FAQ #249: Are there restrictions on photographs of teenagers or children? and I'm underage.
The Picture shows two embera children playing with a sword ballons wearing a loincloth, like every embera child on the river Chagres. This picture doesn't contain nudity, because they are not Nude. I don't see in any way erotic activities in this image. The picture was taken in a journey I made to Panama last November, this is a informative image that describes the day after day of the embera comunity. So I don't need Model Release Form because they are not modeling the picture is for not commercial use, it is a journalist document. y2jenn says that the records that I am underage, I checked my profile settings and it says my real date of birth June 30 1982. Am I underage when I'm close to the third floor?

If it were kids in a suburban neighborhood in loin clothes it'd be wrong. That's how they all dress because it's hot in that area (right?) even if they WERE nude if it were part of their culture it's not pornographic.
